- Text alternatives for meaningful images where practical.
- Plain language for important safety, legal and service information.
Known limitations
Some older guidance pages, third-party embeds, downloadable documents or map-based features may not yet meet every accessibility expectation. Third-party content is partly controlled by its provider. We review reported barriers and prioritise fixes that affect access to essential information or services.
