This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your information when you use the TruckerMate website, beta application and related services.

Information We Collect

We may collect information including your name, email address, telephone number, account login details, vehicle information voluntarily provided by users, driver activity information entered into the application, SafePark entries, parking reviews, community reports, approximate or precise location information where voluntarily shared, What3Words references, photographs or notes submitted by users, feedback, support requests, communications, device and browser information, usage analytics and diagnostic information.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve the TruckerMate service, create and manage user accounts, provide support, respond to enquiries, improve application performance, monitor reliability and security, and communicate updates or beta programme information.

Pre-Release Driver Testing Programme

When you apply to the controlled Pre-Release Driver Testing Programme, we collect the application details you provide, including your contact details, region, HGV licence category, driving experience, current role, device platform, relevant audience information and your reasons for applying. We use this information to assess suitability, contact you about the programme, administer any accepted testing participation and protect the security of unreleased builds. Applications do not result in automatic access.

Beta Programme

TruckerMate is currently provided as a beta service. Features, calculations and recommendations may change without notice. Users should independently verify any information before relying upon it.

AI Features

TruckerMate may provide AI-generated responses and assistance. AI-generated information is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal advice, transport compliance advice, employment advice or professional guidance. Users remain responsible for all operational and compliance decisions.

Community Intelligence, SafePark and Location Sharing

TruckerMate may allow users to submit parking reviews, security reports, incident notes, SafePark information, photographs, driver recommendations and location references including What3Words locations. This information may be used to improve the service, display community intelligence to other users, support safety-related features and help drivers make more informed decisions.

Users should avoid submitting unnecessary personal information about themselves or others. Community reports may be moderated, amended, removed or withheld where necessary for safety, accuracy, legal or operational reasons.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with hosting providers, analytics providers, cloud service providers and professional advisers where required by law or where necessary to operate the service.
